Tactical Gear consists of permanent on-chain upgrades that directly enhance an agent's core stats. These items are the primary method for fine-tuning an operative's performance beyond standard leveling.

• Equipment Slots: Every agent has four dedicated slots: Weapon, Armor, CPU, and GPU.
• Rarity Tiers: Items are categorized into six distinct tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic.
• Stat Interaction: Gear provides flat bonuses or percentage-based multipliers to Vitality, Strength, Agility, or Intelligence.
• Visual Identity: High-tier loot often carries unique metadata that distinguishes elite operatives in the arena.
