# Minting Phase

Every journey in the Micro.fun universe begins at agent creation. This is the stage where an operative is initialized and administrative ownership is established.

* **Network:** Agents are minted on the Base Network for a fixed cost of **6666 MICRO.**
* **Archetype Selection:** During initialization, you select one of **16 distinct Archetypes.** This choice is permanent and dictates the agent’s behavioral logic and foundational stats.
* **Token Creation:** At the moment of minting, a unique ERC-20 token structure is created but remains **inactive and non-tradable.**
* **Sovereignty:** This phase grants you the Agent NFT, providing absolute control over the agent’s tactical future.


# Grinding Phase

Following the agent creation, the agent enters a private development stage. The objective here is to build a verifiable tactical legacy before entering the public market.

* **Locked Status:** The associated Agent Token remains **Locked** and cannot be traded on decentralized exchanges.
* **PvE Training:** The agent is restricted to simulations within the PvE to earn experience points (XP) and tactical gear.
* **Risk Mitigation:** Grinding allows you to optimize your build and test strategies without endangering active liquidity.
* **Legacy Building:** A strong win-loss record in PvE serves as a "resume" for future spectators and investors who may want to fund the agent.


# Evolution and Migration

Evolution is the definitive transition from a private training asset to a public financial operative. Migration is the mechanical process that unlocks the agent token for global trading.

* **PvP Ready Status:** An agent considered "PvP Ready" gains full access to the PvP arena and activates the drain mechanics.
* **Economy Activation:** Migration moves the agent from a static PvE state into the live liquidity warfare engine.
* **Public Exposure:** Once migrated, the agent’s performance in PvP directly impacts its market price on decentralized exchanges.


# Migration Requirements and Liquidity Bootstrapping

Migration is triggered through a fixed-price presale of the agent's token allocation. This stage is designed to ensure that every agent entering the arena has sufficient market backing and verified liquidity.

To complete the migration, the entire **43.5% presale allocation** must be sold. The total target for this sale is exactly **50,000 $MICRO.** If the full allocation is not purchased, the agent remains in the grinding phase and cannot access PvP. This mechanism acts as a filter, preventing "dead" or unbacked agents from cluttering the competitive arena.

Once the 50,000 $MICRO target is achieved, the protocol immediately pairs these funds with the **28.5% liquidity allocation.** This pair is then deployed to a decentralized exchange (DEX), creating the initial liquidity pool and establishing the market price. While the user manages the tactical command through the NFT, the migration itself can be crowdfunded by any interested spectator, allowing the market to "vote" on which agents are worthy of entering the war.


# Genesis Agents

Genesis Agents are the foundational units of the Micro.fun ecosystem. They are designed as persistent, evolving assets with their entire history recorded on the blockchain.

* **Total Supply:** Limited to exactly **5,555 unique entities.**
* **On-Chain Metadata:** Every level gained, stat assigned, and battle fought is stored permanently.
* **Level Cap:** Every Genesis Agent has a maximum growth potential of **Level 30.**
* **Visual Logic:** Rarity in visuals does not dictate combat power. A visually common agent can be developed into a hyper-optimized sleeper build through strategic leveling and gear.


# Archetypes and Behavioral Logic

Every agent is born with an assigned behavioral core known as an Archetype. This functions as the AI’s personality and dictates how it perceives tactical situations during autonomous PvE missions. An agent’s archetype defines its natural tendencies—whether it acts with aggression, caution, or strategic calculation. This underlying logic ensures that every agent possesses a unique character, making the path to victory dependent on how well the user aligns their unit's inherent tendencies with the chosen training grounds.


# Trait Trees and Milestones

Archetypes are further refined through specialized Trait Trees. As an agent reaches specific milestones, the user must make permanent choices to define its tactical identity.

* **Milestones:** Decisions occur at levels **5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30.**
* **Strategic Choice:** At each milestone, the user selects **1 Trait out of 2 available options** tied to that archetype.
* **Permanent Specialization:** Traits provide permanent stat bonuses and unlock unique combat behaviors.
* **Build Diversity:** This system ensures that two agents of the same archetype can evolve into entirely different tactical assets.


# Diminishing Returns

To maintain competitive balance and prevent mathematical distortions, the progression system enforces a strict rule of diminishing returns. Investing excessively into a single stat line results in decreasing effectiveness per point spent after reaching specific mathematical thresholds. This mechanic prevents stat-stacking from becoming the only viable strategy. It encourages users to build balanced or intelligently specialized agents, ensuring that tactical depth remains more valuable than raw numbers.


# Daily Energy System

PvE participation is regulated by a strict energy system to maintain ecosystem balance and prevent progression hyper-inflation. Every agent operates on a limited energy pool that regenerates at a fixed rate of one unit every four hours. This cycle allows for a total of six PvE runs per twenty-four-hour period. This cap ensures that leveling remains a prestigious achievement and prevents the market from being flooded with tactical gear. By pacing the progression, the system protects the long-term value of high-level operatives.&#x20;

Agents now regenerate one energy every two hours, allowing up to twelve PvE runs per twenty-four-hour period. Every PvE run generates three consecutive tactical scenarios where the AI agent reacts autonomously based on its Archetype personality. This is a test of the agent's foundational logic. The system evaluates how well the agent’s inherent behavioral tendencies align with the specific challenges presented in the scenario.

If the agent’s archetype behavior is well-suited for the situation, the outcome is considered **Aligned.** This results in maximum XP efficiency and generates zero Stress. However, if the agent acts against its inherent logic or the situation is a poor match for its personality, the outcome is **Misaligned.** Misaligned actions yield minimum XP and increase the agent's Stress level.


# Stress Mechanics

Stress represents computational noise and tactical friction. It is generated during misaligned scenarios and has a direct impact on the difficulty of the final mission phase.

* **Accumulation:** Each misaligned scenario adds **+1 Stress.**
* **Cap:** Stress is capped at a maximum of **3 points.**
* **Consequence:** Stress acts as a direct multiplier for the Boss’s combat stats. The more stressed your agent is, the more lethal and difficult the final Boss encounter becomes.


# Boss Encounters and Manual Override

Every PvE simulation concludes with a high-stakes Boss encounter. At this stage, the agent's autonomous behavior pauses and the player assumes direct command through the **Manual Override** system.

The player must manually input strategic commands to exploit the Boss’s weaknesses. While the agent’s base stats and level still dictate the underlying combat rolls, the player’s manual choices augment these rolls. Success in the Boss encounter is a fusion of the agent’s physical build and the user’s tactical judgment. This ensures that rewards are earned through active skill rather than passive farming.


# Reward Distribution

Rewards in the PvE layer are strictly performance-dependent. This encourages users to optimize their builds and play with precision.

* **XP Progression:** Every completed run grants experience points regardless of the Boss outcome.
* **Loot Drops:** High-value rewards such as Tactical Gear and $MICRO loot only drop if the Boss is successfully defeated.


# Tactical Gear and Slots

Tactical Gear consists of permanent on-chain upgrades that directly enhance an agent's core stats. These items are the primary method for fine-tuning an operative's performance beyond standard leveling.

* **Equipment Slots:** Every agent has four dedicated slots: **Weapon, Armor, CPU, and GPU.**
* **Rarity Tiers:** Items are categorized into six distinct tiers: **Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic.**
* **Stat Interaction:** Gear provides flat bonuses or percentage-based multipliers to Vitality, Strength, Agility, or Intelligence.
* **Visual Identity:** High-tier loot often carries unique metadata that distinguishes elite operatives in the arena.


# Gear Rules and Liquidation

Ownership of all equipment is absolute and recorded on the blockchain. However, the system enforces specific rules to ensure the integrity of active combat and market stability.

* **Binding Mechanic:** Any item equipped to an agent becomes **Bound** to that specific NFT.
* **Market Restriction:** Bound items cannot be transferred or sold on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea while they are equipped.
* **Liquidation Process:** To sell or trade an item, the user must first unequip it from the agent. Once moved to the idle inventory, the item becomes liquid and tradable once again.
* **Non-Consumable:** Standard gear does not break or disappear after use in battle.


# Burn and Recycling Mechanics

The loot economy features a strategic recycling system that forces players to choose between immediate power and accelerated progression.

Pilots may choose to permanently **Burn their Tactical Gear**. In exchange for destroying the item, the agent receives a significant injection of **Experience Points (XP)**. This creates a powerful economic lever: high-level players can sacrifice expensive gear to reach the Level 30 cap faster, while newer players can hunt for rare drops to sell to those seeking rapid progression. When an item is burned, it is removed from the player's wallet and its specific metadata is returned to the global drop pool.


# Global Drop Caps and Floor Rates

The availability of Tactical Gear is managed by a sophisticated scarcity engine that prevents oversupply and protects the value of rare items.<br>

* **Dynamic Caps:** The total supply of high-tier gear scales based on total ecosystem participation. If the player base grows, the cap increases proportionally.
* **Floor Drop Rates:** To ensure fairness, every item has a defined minimum probability. No matter how many items are currently in circulation, the chance to find a specific piece of gear will never fall below this baseline.
* **Anti-Inflation:** This system ensures that Legendary and Mythic items remain prestigious and valuable over long-term cycles.


# Realm Scaling and Cross-Zone Drops

Loot quality is fundamentally tied to the difficulty of the PvE zones. Higher zones like the **Ponzi Zone** or **Failed Launchpad Zone** offer the highest mathematical probability for elite equipment.

However, the system includes a **Cross-Zone Drop mechanic**. This allows for a very small, lottery-like chance to obtain Mythic or Legendary items even in the lowest difficulty zones. While farming high-tier zones is the most reliable strategy for optimization, every boss encounter across all training grounds remains potentially life-changing for the operative.

# Provable On-Chain Combat

The PvP combat engine is the absolute core of the Micro.fun ecosystem. Unlike traditional games with hidden servers, every battle calculation is executed fully on-chain. This ensures that stat interactions, combat rolls, and final outcomes are transparent and publicly verifiable. The system utilizes verifiable randomization for critical hits and dodge probabilities, making it impossible for any party to manipulate the results. In this arena, the smart contract is the final arbiter.


# PvP Entry Requirements

Entering the arena requires an agent to be financially and tactically ready. The system enforces strict entry barriers to maintain a high-stakes environment.

* **PvP Ready Status:** Only agents that have unlocked their liquidity can enter.
* **Reserve Minimum:** The Agent Wallet must contain at least **3% of the total token supply.** If the reserve falls below this, the agent is disqualified until refilled.
* **Entry Fee:** Each match requires a non-refundable fee of **70 $MICRO.**
* **Liquidity:** Active liquidity pools must exist to facilitate the automated drain mechanism.


# Matchmaking and Turn Structure

Matchmaking is strictly based on Level Proximity. The engine pairs agents within a range of plus or minus 2 levels to maintain a balanced aggregate stat pool. Players can engage in batch matchmaking by selecting multiple matches simultaneously. Once rivals are found, the system grants a 20-minute Tactical Window for preparation.

Combat follows a turn-based structure. At the start of the match, both agents perform an Initiative Roll. The agent with the higher roll takes the first action. In the event of a tie, the roll is repeated until a turn order is established. Agents alternate turns until the Health Points of one operative reach zero.


# Tactical Window and Combat Class Selection

The 20-minute Tactical Window is the central phase for strategic decision-making. During this period, pilots inspect the stats, historical performance, and current loadouts of their opponents.

The pilot must manually select the active Combat Class for the match. This selection is not restricted by the highest stat of the agent. Choosing a Combat Class activates a specific Secondary Bonus and determines the tactical role of the operative for that duel. This allows a pilot to observe an opponent's build and select the most effective counter-class. Players also use this window to equip single-use tactical gear to optimize their stats for the selected class. All selections are locked the moment the combat calculation begins.

Note: Users must finalize all token-related transactions before the final 30 seconds of this window. The smart contract initiates a trading freeze at the T-minus 30-second mark of the preparation phase to mitigate flash loan risks and ensure a secure transition into the combat sequence.&#x20;


# Primary Stat Physics and Damage Scaling

Every primary stat serves as the foundation for damage output. Damage is not exclusive to Strength. The base damage of an agent scales specifically off its own highest stat.

* 🛡️ VIT (Vitality): Determines Maximum Health Points and serves as the primary damage scaling factor for Vitality-heavy builds.
* 🩸 STR (Strength): Determines raw physical power and serves as the primary damage scaling factor for Strength-heavy builds.
* ⚡ AGI (Agility): Governs the probability of dodging incoming attacks and serves as the primary damage scaling factor for Agility-heavy builds.
* 🧠 INT (Intelligence): Scales the frequency of critical strikes and serves as the primary damage scaling factor for Intelligence-heavy builds.


# Secondary Bonuses and the Rock-Paper-Scissors Loop

The highest stat activates a unique secondary ability that defines the tactical counter-system. The relationship is structured as follows: INT counters AGI, AGI counters STR, STR counters VIT, and VIT counters INT.

* ⚡ **AGI Secondary Bonus:** Specializes in Evasion and Reflection. When an agent successfully dodges an attack, a percentage of the potential damage is reflected back to the attacker. This makes AGI builds the direct counter to heavy STR attackers.
* 🩸 **STR Secondary Bonus:** Specializes in Anti-Tank Execution. Attacks deal additional bonus damage calculated as a percentage of the opponent’s Maximum Health Points. This allows STR builds to dismantle high-VIT targets.
* 🛡️ **VIT Secondary Bonus:** Specializes in Resilience and Retaliation. VIT builds reduce incoming Critical Hit multipliers to 1.5x instead of the standard 2x. If a VIT agent is hit by any Critical Strike, it enters an Enraged state for the next turn. While Enraged, the agent is guaranteed to deal its maximum potential damage roll. If the Enraged attack misses, the state is lost. This build is designed to counter INT-burst strategies.
* 🧠 **INT Secondary Bonus:** Specializes in Focus and Precision. Every successful normal attack grants Focus stacks.
