# Anti-Inflationary Principles

Micro.fun explicitly rejects the hyper-inflationary reward structures found in traditional GameFi. We do not arbitrarily print new tokens to distribute as passive rewards. Instead, the economy operates on a principle of meritocratic redistribution.

Value is created through competitive victory and the strategic extraction of liquidity from underperforming assets. By utilizing a fixed supply for the $MICRO token and hard caps for individual agent tokens, the system ensures that every financial gain is backed by existing market capital. This closed-loop model prevents the dilution of asset value and maintains the purchasing power of participants over long-term operational cycles.
